Bomaki was founded in 2013 by Giuseppe Grasso, an experienced dining entrepreneur, with the aim to create a distinctive and innovative concept, based on the combination of Japanese and Brazilian cuisine.
The Bomaki concept is based on a recognizable identity, created through a unique offering: a wide set of Brazilian uramakis and a remarkable selection of Japanese-Latin dishes, including tacos, ceviche and temakis, accompanied by Latin American and Caribbean drinks and desserts, served in an exotic and cheerful setting.
